Welcome back after Easter and to our new starters! What a wonderful week to come back, we've had lots of sunshine. We've really enjoyed playing out on the bark area this week, riding the bikes and using the big hall for games. We've also been looking at new letters and some children have been looking at simple words. Some Flat Stanley pictures have come back, we're excited to see where else he has been.
Children are all naturally curious about bodies, so we have been talking about private parts staying private. We love the Pantosaurus song by the NSPCC, it's an age appropriate song to help children stay safe and know the boundaries. Plus it has a dinosaur in underpants so it's a big hit! Have a look on youtube to watch it.
Thank you to parents who have sent in suncream, if you have not already then please send it in ready to stay in school for more nice weather this term.
